We at Hospice of the Sacred Heart are proud to care for patients and their families from Forest City to Freeland, extending throughout all of Lackawanna and Luzerne counties. Our vision is to provide world class end -of- life care to all those with serious or life-limiting illnesses regardless of diagnosis, age, religious affiliation or inability to pay. We are also committed to care for our patients in their private home, or wherever they call home----personal care facilities, long term care, group homes, or even prison.

Our professional and experienced team will care for all of your symptoms---the physical, the emotional and the spiritual. And your family or caregivers won’t be forgotten, because we consider them to be an important if not essential part of the caring team.
